Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the SneakPeek Stories mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by SneakPeek Stories ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using our Service, you confirm that you are at least 17 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.
1. Eligibility
To access and use SneakPeek Stories, you must:
Be at least 17 years of age
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law
Our Service contains mature romance content, including a premium "Spicy" tier with adult themes. By accessing such content, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and that consuming adult-themed fiction is lawful in your jurisdiction.
2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account details up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
2.2 Account Security
You must notify us immediately at support@sneakpeekstories.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
2.3 Account Termination by User
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@sneakpeekstories.com. Upon deletion, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. Subscriptions and Payments
3.1 Free and Premium Tiers
SneakPeek Stories offers two content tiers:
Free: Access to a curated library of romance stories at no charge
SneakPeek Stories+: Full access to all content, including mature and adult-themed stories, via a paid subscription
3.2 Subscription Fees
SneakPeek Stories+ is billed at 95 NOK per week. Prices may vary depending on your country and local currency. The applicable price will be clearly displayed in your local currency before purchase. Prices are subject to change with reasonable advance notice. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
3.3 Coin-Based Unlocks
In addition to subscriptions, certain individual episodes or content may be unlocked using in-app coins. Coins may be purchased within the app. Purchased coins are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
3.4 Billing
All payments are processed through third-party payment providers (such as Apple In-App Purchases or Google Play Billing). By making a purchase, you also agree to the terms of those payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.
3.5 Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to premium content until that date. We do not offer partial refunds for unused subscription periods, except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion.
Refund requests may be submitted to support@sneakpeekstories.com and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
4. Content and Intellectual Property
4.1 Our Content
All stories, characters, illustrations, graphics, text, audio, software, and other materials available through the Service ("Our Content") are owned by or licensed to SneakPeek Stories and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any of Our Content without our prior written consent.
4.2 License to Users
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service and Our Content for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment. This license does not include any right to sublicense, sell, resell, or commercially exploit the Service or its content.
4.3 User-Generated Content
If the Service allows you to submit reviews, comments, or other content ("User Content"), you retain ownership of your User Content but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and distribute it in connection with the Service. You represent that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights and complies with these Terms.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
Access, share, or distribute content in violation of applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from the Service
Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code
Harass, abuse, or harm other users or impersonate any person or entity
Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent
Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the Service
Share your account credentials with third parties or allow others to access your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these provisions or engage in any conduct we deem harmful to the Service, other users, or third parties.
6. Mature and Age-Restricted Content
The Spicy premium tier contains adult-themed romance fiction intended for users aged 17 and older. By accessing this content, you confirm that:
You are at least 17 years of age
Accessing such content is lawful in your jurisdiction
You will not share or distribute this content to minors
We reserve the right to restrict access to age-gated content at our discretion and to implement age verification mechanisms as required by applicable law.
7. Third-Party Services and Links
The Service may integrate with or contain links to third-party services, platforms, or websites (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play, payment processors). These third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service, and your use of them is at your own risk.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content available through the Service.
All stories and characters in SneakPeek Stories are entirely fictional. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, or actual events is purely coincidental.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SNEAKPEEK STORIES AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SneakPeek Stories and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any User Content you submit through the Service.
11. Modifications to the Service and Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this document and, where appropriate, by notifying you via email or an in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Norway. If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may also have the right to access the EU's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
13. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SneakPeek Stories regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
